The site is perfectly situated on the steep coast just above one of Split's marinas. Only 500 meters southeast of Split's historic district, the Aparthotel offers stunning views of the offshore islands. The new building with its 2 basement levels, 3 upper floors and a penthouse level makes the most of its situation on this most exceptional plot. The entrance level opens towards the sea and provides a spacious spa area as well as some utility rooms.
