housing estate sonnenhofmillstättersee carinthia, austria - design 2009
The housing estate is situated in Dellach on the waterside of Millstätter lake in Carinthia. An apartment building with 11 flats is under development. Five smaller plots offer space for single family residential units.

The shape of the bulding follows the lines of the natural landscape and the maximal extension of the south-west facade offer a fantastic lake panorama for each flat. On the north facade a second layer of the buildings skin functions as a sound barrier.
residential houses:
The solution offers an optimal orientation of all houses towards the lake. The access level and the entrance on top of the building provide an economical solution.
