A private complex close to a golf course in the moderate climate of Southern Sweden, close to the Baltic sea, will be finished by 2010. The new building screens the plot against the neighbouring housing and opens towards the garden, with the pool in the South West. An original existing old apple orchard frames the scenario on the other side. Cutout spaces disintegrate the main structure and create two separate areas. The mansion and the guest house are thereby connected by terraces on both floors. In the gaps spatial expansions and generous spaces are created; a large tree is the main feature in a patio in front of the master bedroom.
